Ed Bernd Jr. worked for Jose Silva at world headquarters for more than 17 years, and under Mr. Silva's guidance developed specialized Silva courses for sales people and athletes. He also edited and coauthored more than a dozen books with Mr. Silva, and managed the official Silva alumni association. He now develops new Silva programs for Avlis Publishing. This picture was made by Silva lecturer Moises Liberman of Israel when he was in Laredo for the 1995 Convention.

     Katherine S. Watson went to work for Jose Silva shortly after graduating from high school in Laredo, and she has been involved in the Silva systems ever since.
     In addition to managing the Avlis Publishing and Avlis Productdion businesses, Kathy also builds custom web sites, is active in church, is active with volunteer fire departments near her home in Palestine, Texas. She is active in church work, and is a member of the Palestine Lions Club.
     She has used the Silva system in her personal and business life. Her success in selling earned her a chapter in the book about Jose Silva's UltraMind ESP System.
