Victor first took the Silva course in 1974. The following year he got into the Guinness Book of World Records by flying around the world on commercial airlines in less time than anybody had ever done before.

In 1979 he followed his intuitive guidance and traveled 240 miles to go on a blind date. His intuitive guidance was correct - Victor and his wife Susan have been happily married for more than twenty years.

In 1987, through the intuitive guidance he got in a dream, Victor opened a cruise-only travel agency, specializing in group cruises. This has worked out especially well as he now organizes several cruises every year for Silva groups. They hold classes and special workshops, and everybody loves it.

Victor says that the biggest, most important, and most satisfying thing he has done in Silva was to help organize a class for homeless people in his hometown of Baltimore, Maryland.
